3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of obvious pricing errors, currency changes, or supplier changes.
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are securely handled by our payment providers, and we never store full card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products from EU warehouses or international suppliers depending on the product.
Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as shipping delays or customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product remains unused.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us using our contact information before returning the item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Complaints & Defective Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue and include a description along with photos or videos showing the defect.
